Chris has over 10 years of operations management experience in the healthcare, energy, and real estate industries and has worked in both corporate and startup environments. As the Chief Operating Officer, he oversees daily operations and collaborates with the management team to align the business with its strategic priorities. Prior to Significo, Chris ran operations for Divvy Engagement Solutions, an employee rewards and recognition platform, and coordinated the logistics of the company’s acquisition in 2022. Other past successes include optimizing operations for a $50 million revenue energy company, resulting in 20% YoY growth, and leading the customer success team at a $150 million revenue private mortgage bank.
